Aromatic Wines
Wines produced from grapes grown in high latitudes, and often cooler temperatures, enjoy longer hang time on the vine. Vines that are often deeply rooted in mineral laden soil, producing varieties of grapes that have high flavor extract, and produce wines of incredible perfume. These wines are generally naturally made, and made to make the owner happy, not some corporate tasting board. These wines not only offer incredible flavor, but also incredible value.
