ST. VINCENT COTES DU RHONE ROUGE 2007
This fabulous Cotes du Rhone has wonderful sweet black cherry and black currant fruit intertwined with notes of licorice, herbs, and earth. This is a real deal Cotes du Rhone that drinks better than its appellation. It is medium to full-bodied with pure fruit amd long on the finish. This is a serious wine that will drink well over the next 5 years.
Located on the right bank of the Rhone, 15 km from Chateauneuf du Pape, the vineyard Laudun Chusclan & Vineyards is part of the land and Laudun Chusclan, both of which are part of the Appellation of Origin of Odds Rhone Villages.
Laudun Chusclan & Vineyards since 2008 includes the wineries of the Winegrowers Laudun (established 1925) and Winegrowers Chusclan (established 1939), with the ambition of working vineyards, grapes and wines in a "Spirit of Excellence".
